The State government selected 18 police officers and personnel for the President’s Police Medal on the occasion of Independence Day, on Thursday.
SP Badrinath, Superintendent of Police at the Lokayukta Central Office in Bengaluru, was awarded the President’s Medal for Meritorious Service for exceptional performance in handling several complex cases.

These officers were recognised for their dedication, efficiency, and remarkable service to the state police force.
