Telugu star Allu Arjun is set to collaborate with acclaimed Tamil filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj for a major big-budget feature film, the makers confirmed on Wednesday.

The yet-to-be-titled project will be produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers, the production house behind Arjun’s blockbuster Pushpa franchise.

“A collaboration that will be eternal in Indian cinema. Icon Star @alluarjunonline X @lokesh.kanagaraj X @MythriOfficial X @anirudhofficial. Strive for greatness,” the banner wrote on Instagram, unveiling the project with a special announcement video.

The film is scheduled to go on floors later this year and will have music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

Apart from this venture, Arjun is also working on an untitled film with “Jawan” director Atlee, which will star Deepika Padukone as the female lead.

Kanagaraj has earlier helmed successful films including “Kaithi”, “Master”, “Vikram”, “Leo” and the recent Rajinikanth-starrer “Coolie”.
