Thousands feared dead in Venezeula after twin quakes

As two of the strongest earthquakes in Venezuela’s history rocked the country, 164 people have been confirmed dead and hundreds injured. However, experts warn that the quakes, ongoing aftershocks and landslides could result in more than 1,000 deaths.
