CM Vijay launches gold ring scheme for newborns in Madurai

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay launched the state government's 'Thai Maman Thanga Mothiram' (Maternal Uncle's Gold Ring) scheme in Madurai on Monday. At the event, he presented a gold ring to a newborn baby held by her mother.
