EC is no longer a watchdog. It has become Executive’s captive institution: Surjewala
Now, the BJP has converted the Election Commission into its newest weapon — a tool to erase voters, suppress voices, and destroy the foundation of free and fair elections.

The Election Commission is no longer a watchdog. It has become the Executive’s captive institution.
It no longer safeguards elections. It safeguards outcomes for the BJP.
Congress will take this fight from Parliament to the people’s court.
For the past decade, India’s democracy has been under attack. The BJP’s most dangerous move was not just capturing power — it was capturing institutions. The latest institution to fall is the Election Commission of India. It no longer functions as a neutral referee. It works like the BJP’s rigging machinery, fixing elections instead of safeguarding them.
The CBI, ED, and Income Tax Department were already
being used to target the opposition. Now, the BJP has converted the Election
Commission into its newest weapon — a tool to erase voters, suppress voices,
and destroy the foundation of free and fair elections.
What we saw in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections is just the beginning. This is not
mismanagement. This is premeditated fraud.
BIHAR
In Bihar, nearly 65 lakh voter names have been deleted from the rolls. This is
not a clerical oversight. It is a brutal assault on democracy. The voters
erased are mostly the poor, the Dalits, the Backward Classes, and minorities.
These are the same people who stand with the opposition.
This is political cleansing. The BJP wants to win not by votes, but by
vanishing voters.
The Supreme Court had ordered that voter identity be verified through Aadhaar,
voter ID, or ration cards. The Election Commission ignored the Court. It obeyed
the BJP. The areas affected are the very areas where Congress is strong and the
BJP is scared.
The ECI now stands for the ERASER COMMISSION OF INDIA — erasing
electoral rolls, erasing complaints, and erasing the very idea of free and fair
elections.
This is not democracy. This is deletion by design.
MAHARASHTRA
In Maharashtra, 70 lakh votes were cast in just 30 minutes. This is not
polling. This is hacking.
Rahul Gandhi raised this directly with the Election Commission. What followed
was a wall of silence. No probe. No response. No accountability. The Commission
acted not like a constitutional body, but like a coward hiding under the BJP's
command.
KARNATAKA
In Bengaluru Central, 65,000 votes were cast in 10 minutes. Is this an election
or a rigged circus?
The magician is the BJP. The event manager is the Election Commission.
Congress has filed 27 complaints against Narendra Modi with the Commission
since 2019. Not even one resulted in action—not even a warning. The Commission
is not neutral. It is the BJP’s shield and sword.
Karnataka will be the launchpad for our resistance. We will expose this fraud, street by street and booth by booth.
NATIONWIDE
Across the country, the same story unfolds. In BJP-ruled states, votes appear
out of thin air. In opposition-leaning states, entire communities disappear
from the electoral rolls.
Migrant workers remain disenfranchised. Dalits and Adivasis are being wiped out
of the voter lists. The BJP is not just tampering with elections—it is deleting
democracy, one name at a time.
This is not electioneering. This is engineering of outcomes. This is not the
will of the people. This is the will of a regime clinging to power by poisoning
the very institutions meant to hold it accountable.
The Election Commission was created to be the guardian of free and fair
elections. Today, it is the funeral director of Indian democracy.
This is bigger than missing names. This is about the future of India. This is
about the Constitution that Dr. B. R. Ambedkar gave us, now being shredded in
silence.
This is a betrayal of every Indian who stands in line to vote, believing their voice matters. The BJP has turned elections into a sham. They buy legislators. They manipulate machines. And now, with the Election Commission in their pocket, they are erasing the people altogether.
Congress will not stand down. We will fight in the
courts, in the streets, in Parliament, and in every village of this country.
From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, we will wake the people up and bring this fraud
into the sunlight.
The time for silence is over. The time to resist is now.
